Full House Renovation & K-Rend

This property in Ainsdale previously had a combination of brick, stone cladding and brown tiles. Many of the bricks, both on the house, and the garden walls had blown and split due to age. We K-Rendered the full house to brighten and modernise the whole property, including redesigning, rebuilding and K-Rendering the boundary walls. The boundary garden walls were rebuilt in block to accommodate bespoke, composite anthracite grey fencing. We completed a full roof renewal using modern Mannok Western tiles to match in anthracite grey, followed by a roofline refurbishment; FreeFoam Anthracite Grey UPVC fascias, soffits, gutters and downspouts. We also added contrast to the K-Rend by spraying the existing mahogany windows and white garage door to make them anthracite grey to match; modernising and increasing kerb appeal. We finally ran armoured cables to the front garden, for exterior spotlights along the edge of the lawn and to up-light the tree.
